Debo reconocer el gran trabajo que realizó Favre con los Vikingos éste año, el mejor jugador del equipo en toda la temporada sin duda alguna. Gracias viejo! espero que algún día nos perdones el no haberte ayudado a lograr tu deseo de ganar un Super Bowl mas.
Ayer Minnesota jugó bien pero los errores de equipo pequeño son los que arruinaron una temporada de mucha ilusión. El hombre que llegó para hacer grande una franquicia, se quedo cerca y no fue por su culpa. Cambió la indiferencia que sentía por él al confirmarse la noticia de que llegaba a Minnesota, por una gran admiración. En verdad es increíble lo que pudiste hacer, tú nos hiciste ver más grandes de lo que en verdad éramos, lograste hacer que brillaran esos receptores que en otro lado no hubiera sucedido.
Espero que regreses el próximo año y nos des la oportunidad de intentarlo una vez mas, sé que es difícil, pero así como tú lo necesitas, nosotros lo necesitamos aún más.

It was a fantastic year for us fans, every game was thrilling to watch. Wish we could have done better for you in the last game, the whole team stumbled (and some bad ref calls didn't help!) We should have protected you better. Rest up and think about us again for next year. rebgirl

I am so happy that my 11yr old son’s interest in football sky rocketed due to Brett.. He cried when Brett got injured and came limping on the field.. he prayed during the game.. and he cried when we lost!!! He has read Brett’s biography.. reads his stats.. watches his plays on youtube regardless of what team. I can’t pick a better season for my son to get interested and involved in football!!! Thanks Brett for a great season.... regardless of the outcome...My son will never forget this season in his life time nor will I. Hope to see you next season and we will go all out! Go Vikes!
